Archive exports

• That is possible to find, choose and download selected documentation in one archive
• Default template on global level allows to export documentation using common corporate style
• Archives are created and ready for download within seconds as final documents are cached

Improved project management

• Manageable structure of project documentation allows to predefine categories required for each project separately, that allows users to focus on the necessary documents. The incomplete sections are highlighted reminding which documents are missing
• The Gantt diagram of all projects allows to check resources and focus on important details
• Issues categorized by related organizations makes quality trends visible
• Users can export data by fields from a group of similar documents

Visualization and usability

• The electronic signatures report allows to quickly find which documents are still not signed and clarify how many documents are needed for review by each user
• The interface of the system and email notifications design have been updated. Some our clients improvement ideas have been implemented, e.g. user roles custom name feature
• Logistician role has been added for depot management
• Some new reports and diagrams have been added, e.g. users, issues, events
